Dutch Court Rules in Favor of Gambler, Orders Refund from Unlicensed Casino Operator

The court ruled in the player’s favor, stating that the operator had breached Dutch gambling regulations by allowing players to gamble without holding the appropriate license. As a result, the court declared the contract void and ordered the operator to reimburse the player’s losses.
