My Experience with N1 Interactive Ltd. – An Unfair Battle

During a period of brain injury, I found myself gambling extensively on the online casinos Spinia, Betchan, and Betamo, all operated by N1 Interactive Ltd. Over time, I wagered more than €125,000, without any intervention from these casinos, despite clear signs of problematic gambling behavior.

Illegal Operations in the Dutch Market

N1 Interactive Ltd. operated in the Netherlands without a license from the Kansspelautoriteit (Ksa), the Dutch Gambling Authority. Under the Remote Gambling Act (Wet Kansspelen op Afstand – Koa), which took effect on October 1, 2021, offering online gambling services without a license is illegal.

This means that these casinos were unlawfully accepting Dutch players, exposing them to unregulated gambling environments where player protection and responsible gaming policies were non-existent. The Ksa has already imposed heavy fines on multiple online casinos for similar offenses, and N1 Interactive Ltd. should also be held accountable.
