The Company’s Evasion Tactics

The response I received from the casino support team was nothing short of a legal cop-out. Instead of addressing the core issue—that they were operating illegally in my jurisdiction—they attempt to push the blame entirely onto the players. Their key arguments include:

This statement is an attempt to evade accountability. The fact remains that N1 Interactive actively targeted players in restricted jurisdictions, offering services without a proper license. It is their legal duty to ensure they comply with local gambling regulations, not the player’s responsibility to investigate their legal status.

  1. “You should have consulted a lawyer before registering on our website.”

This is a ridiculous and unrealistic expectation. How many players consult legal counsel before signing up for an online casino? This statement alone shows their complete disregard for responsible gambling practices and their failure to properly inform players of the risks.

  1. “Any claims against the company will be deemed null and void.”

This is an empty threat designed to discourage legal action. Courts in the Netherlands and Germany have already ruled against N1 Interactive Limited, forcing them to refund players who were affected by their illegal operations. Just because their Terms and Conditions state something does not mean they are above the law.

  1. “We will not process any refund requests.”

This outright refusal to engage in a fair resolution further proves that N1 Interactive operates without regard for player protection. Instead of considering the circumstances—such as their illegal status and failure to enforce responsible gambling measures—they issue a blanket rejection.


The Reality: Courts Have Already Ruled Against Them

What N1 Interactive conveniently ignores is that multiple courts across Europe have already ruled against them, forcing them to refund players who lost money due to their illegal operations. Their Terms and Conditions do not override the law.

Examples of recent cases include:
✅ Dutch Court Ruling (2023): Ordered N1 Interactive to refund €207,983.62 to a player.
✅ Berlin Regional Court (2024): Ordered them to repay €67,675 due to illegal operations.
✅ Limburg Regional Court (2024): Ruled that N1 Interactive must return €50,000 to a player.

With these legal precedents, I am confident in my case and will continue to pursue justice. Their refusal to engage in fair dispute resolution only strengthens my determination.
