I am waiting for a resolution from N1 Interactive Limited (Spinia, Betchan, Betamo), hoping that they will come to the table with a fair solution before the court date arrives.

I believe that any contract made with an unlicensed operator, such as N1 Interactive Limited, is legally invalid under Dutch law. The Dutch Gambling Authority (Kansspelautoriteit) has made it clear that only licensed operators are allowed to offer gambling services to Dutch players. Since N1 Interactive Limited operated without a valid license, any agreements with them are considered void. Players have the right to claim back their losses due to the illegal nature of their operations.
